A 12 week period allows sufficient time for new ideas to be tried and tested. If you were signing up to change your body using personal training you would need time to get into new habits and really implement them into your lifestyle, coaching works in a similar way. Once you've gotten the hang of it and uncovered some new skills you can continue on without my assistance!
Over a 12 week period you can have up to 12 Coaching sessions. These can be entirely over the telephone or a mixture of phone and face to face contact.
The total cost of your programme is dependent on the options you select i.e. face to face or over the phone, frequency of sessions, etc.
